Small Block 1-7/8" Race Headers
TTI Header's are constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing, mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes.
Recommended for 550+ horsepower
1-7/8" O.D. tubes with 3.5" collectors
3/8" thick laser-cut header and collector flanges, contoured for a leak free fit
Above the steering center link design (under chassis) offers maximum header to ground clearance
Full length header design for proven power gains
A-body (LH side), B, E, F, & M-body headers are one piece headers / No slip tubes
A-body (RH side), #7 header tube is a slip-tube. Designed to be removed from the header so that it can be slipped around the torsion bar / Removal of the torsion bars not required!
Easy spark-plug access
Header Sets Include: 1/16" Header & Collector Gaskets, Header Bolts (16pcs) and Reducers/Adapters for hook-up to your Exhaust System
